Our maintenance plan focuses on keeping your website up-to-date and identifying existing issues, but it is not designed to fix all problems. Minor issues may be resolved as part of the plan, but significant concerns requiring additional time will be escalated to our support desk for deeper investigation. These issues are triaged, prioritized, and require your approval for additional hours to ensure they’re resolved effectively.
To streamline this process, we recommend utilizing our time bank. By pre-purchasing support hours, you can reduce delays and minimize back-and-forth approvals, ensuring quicker resolutions when issues arise and keeping your website running smoothly.
How to get started?
Terms of service
For maintenance plans, we require first and last month's payment up front, but prefer an annual payment. You may cancel your plan at any time. Upon cancellation we will hand over control of all your website and all assets such as domain name, third-party accounts, database, or files.

Support
Entrusting your web support to us on a per-task basis saves you time, minimizes hassle, and reduces your costs compared to hiring an in-house resource, allowing you to focus on your core business.
The level of support needed will vary based on your website activity and frequency of updates.
Time Bank
Your support hours, which you can optionally pre-purchase into a Time Bank, cover investigations into reported issues, technical assistance for updates, or having us handle updates on your behalf. Each of your support requests will be assigned to an activity manager and an expert facilitated through our in-house ticketing system and efficient response workflow, with charges reflecting only actual time spent on tasks, ensuring fair billing.
Hosting + third-party tools
The operation of a website often entails the use of third-party tools, which become more essential with advanced functionalities, potentially requiring premium licenses. The cost of these tools, including hosting, is not included in our maintenance plans.
Clients typically retain ownership of their hosting accounts for smoother management, though our experts can liaise with hosting providers on your behalf using Support hours. Additionally, other third-party expenses like domain names, SSL certificates, premium plugin licenses, and email relay services may be required to keep your website running smoothly. We can administer these services on your behalf using your payment details and Support hours, or using our own through our cost-recovery process. We also have certain agency licenses that we can resell to you at discount.
